Owen has successfully completed a variety of operator selection negotiations and hotel development disposals and is continuing to grow the development function within the hotels’ team. Owen has recently agreed deals on behalf of owners with Hilton, IHG, CitizenM and Premier Inn.
Owen has extensive international experience in the property industry having spent a number of years working in Canada and the Caribbean in a number of roles including Managing Director of a resort development project in St Kitts and Vice President of global resort sales and marketing.
