Lewis joined CBRE Hotels in 2009. Prior to joining the Brokerage team Lewis was part of the Hotel Valuation team gaining experience in the EMEA region undertaking valuations of single assets to high profile luxury portfolios.
Lewis has a wide reaching understanding of the industry with in depth experience in valuations, operator selection, with his prime focus being hotel transactions and development.
