John is the Group President for the Life Sciences and Financial and Professional Service Sectors of Enterprise accounts within Global Workplace Solutions (GWS). Since joining CBRE in 2015, John has held several leadership roles including Global Alliance Director for a large global financial services client, Global Alliance Director for a large technology client, Financial Services Sector leader, and as a Division Director.
John focuses on service integration to provide world-class client outcomes by leveraging strong organizational, change management and team-based collaborative decision making skills. John has subject matter expertise in organizational design, facility reliability, cost controls and business intelligence integration with operations. Prior to joining CBRE, John was the Director of Business Analytics for McKinsey & Company’s global corporate services based in New York City. In that role, he oversaw analytic support and strategic reporting for Global Real Estate and Procurement, global market strategies, cost-effective facilities management, and end user relationship management. He directed goal alignment and mutual accountability for achieving corporate goals, and executive committee engagement. John was further responsible for driving real estate portfolio strategies, sourcing strategies and travel management; leveraging support of internal and external leaders. He performed site selection of global shared services centers and developed office design guidelines. John leverages the discipline of his training as a licensed Architect and Attorney to all aspects of client advisory and leadership.
