Professional Experience

Don Leeke serves as President, Sales and Client Solutions for CBRE’s Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) business, which provides facilities management, project management, advisory and transaction and consulting services to occupiers of commercial real estate.

In his role, Don leads the development and execution of our growth strategy, which encompasses sales and solutions, technology-led analytics, pricing, and industry sector specialties. He is responsible for sales activities across the Americas, EMEA, and Asia Pacific, including cultivation, renewals, expansions, and winning new business. He is also a member of CBRE’s GWS Global Executive Committee and the CBRE Americas Operations Management Board.

Based in Minneapolis, Don is an accomplished and versatile executive with more than two decades of experience. He has an impressive record of leading sales and technical teams, developing strong customer and partner relationships, and driving transformation and change initiatives. He led sales activities for Hewlett-Packard, Microsoft and, most recently, IBM as Vice President of North America Analytics Sales, where he led a $3.2 billion business and a team of 1,500 salespeople.
