Project Management & Principal Contracting Programmes

These programmes are supported by a classroom-based Level 4 Associate Project Management, which is a 2-year course, ending with an APM certification. There is the potential option for further accreditation/certification to be sponsored once the scheme is completed and a permanent position is offered.

Eligibility criteria for both schemes:

• Candidates for the APM Apprenticeship Standard must not have an existing equivalent or higher qualification in Project Management
• Candidates must have 3 years residency in the UK/EU
• Candidates must have the right to work in the UK. We do not sponsor visas at the Graduate level and therefore learners on a student visa are unfortunately not eligible for these programmes

Principal Contracting

We are recruiting for Graduates to join our Project Management Programme working within our Principal Contracting teams. CBRE are one of the largest Principal Contractors and work Globally across our client base. CBRE GWS Principal Contracting offer our clients a full turnkey solution with an end-to-end service from scope development through to hand over.

The Graduate Programme is aimed at providing University leavers the next steppingstone in their career development, gaining knowledge and additional qualifications with one of the leading providers. This two-year programme which offers candidates the opportunity to operate within the business learning how the business operates with hands on project delivery experience. The programme is supported by a classroom-based Level 4 Associate Project Management and Prince 2 qualification.

Project Management

We are recruiting for Graduates to join our diverse and eclectic Project Management Team. We are a UK based Project Management team that operates across EMEA. Our integrated Project Management Team consists of – Principal Contracting, Program & Project Management Delivery, Cost Management Services (including Capital Planning) and Moves Adds & Changes.

The Graduate Programme is aimed at providing University leavers the next steppingstone in their career development. We are seeking applications from candidates who possess:

• An entrepreneurial flare
• A desire to be exposed to multiple blue-chip clients across our commercial real estate portfolio
• An ability to grow into a fast-paced environment

Our Graduate programme is a two-year programme which offers candidates the opportunity to operate within the business learning how the business operates with hands on experience in one of the following sub teams:

• Principal Contracting
• Program & Project Management Delivery

Our graduates will have the opportunity to then rotate into another sub team for 6 months to extend their Project Management experience.
