Engineering Graduate Scheme

Kickstart your career in Engineering with our bespoke 3 year programme developed to provide candidates real exposure of technical, practical and management work experience, increasing in complexity over time, mapped to the UK engineering council spec for Incorporated / Chartered engineers with either IET or CIBSE. The programme includes a relevant technical training module, workplace activity, competence assessment and completion of the required Institute evidence portfolio.

At completion of the Graduate Programme, candidates will be recognised qualified as a Professional Engineer to IEng or CEng with CIBSE or IET with skills knowledge and experience in:
