Digital & Technology Graduate Programme

During this two-year fast track programme, you will develop your communication, leadership and team management skills and you will truly get to know our client focused business through bespoke rotational placements and job shadowing real managers and leaders. This opportunity will provide a real insight into how our clients sites are managed across a wide variety of sectors.

This programme is focused on developing you into a D&T role within one of our dynamic teams – a pivotal role across our business providing a springboard to further develop your career within our fast paced and expanding industry.

Throughout the first 12 months, you will be exposed to our three primary business functions; Sales Support, Technology Operations (Delivery & Service) and Projects. Each rotation will take four months during which Graduates will discover the business. Our objective during those rotations is to ensure Graduates are exposed to the entire lifecycle of a client.

During the second year, you will be focused to one function to enable you and get an insight and better understanding of the business, allowing you to learn on the job.
