The Great Property Bike Ride 2023

CBRE's Great Property Bike Ride is back.

After a three-year hiatus, we are excited to announce that the 2023 ride will take place on Wednesday 14 June at Sandown Park Racecourse.

New routes have been designed to cater for all levels of ability and experience, with cyclists able to choose from a 40km, 70km or 122km ride through the scenic Surrey Hills for our charity partner MacMillan Cancer Support.

Proceeds raised will go towards supporting people living with cancer. By partnering with Macmillan, CBRE will provide help to over 22,000 people living with cancer by offering telephone buddying, online peer-to-peer support and developing virtual buddying support services.

Riders will be joined by over 850 other property professionals making this the world's biggest property bike ride. at our event village following completion of the ride with refreshments, sports massages, a prize giving and a raffle all waiting to make this the best ride yet.
